Conveners
As Conference Conveners, Jürg Glauser (Universities of Basel and Zurich) and Klaus Müller-Wille (University of Zurich) will direct the academic programme and bear financial responsibility for the conference.

Local Organizing Committee
Since autumn 2012 a Local Organizing Committee has been preparing for the conference. Two people are employed with responsibility for logistics (Matthias Hauck) and academic programme (Kate Heslop) respectively.
Post-docs, PhD students and advanced MA students of the Nordic Institutes in Zurich and Basel will help with the organization of the academic and social programme.

Academic Advisory Boards
The conveners will be assisted by an Academic Advisory Board comprising experts from neighbouring disciplines (History, German Studies, English Studies, Literary Studies, Linguistics, Art History) at the universities of Zurich and Basel as well as colleagues in Scandinavian Studies from nearby and Scandinavian universities.
